As a Linked Learning Pathway school in development, OSA is committed to optimizing the college and career readiness of our graduates. Through small learning communities of career-oriented pathways, OSA offers intensive, individualized support to create the conditions for all students to graduate high school prepared to succeed in college and career. The pathways are composed of four essential elements:

Pathway Development Activities
- Nineteen OSA Arts Teachers in the industry sectors of Arts, Media, and Entertainment and Fashion Design and Merchandising have recently obtained the Career Technical Education (CTE) Preliminary Credential
- Industry partnerships have been established to support the work based learning in all of our emphases.
- Phillip Gedeon has joined OSA as Chief Academic Officer to ensure academic offering are rigorous and accessible to all students.
- The Student Support Team has been restructured, led by Mike Oz, to ensure comprehensive 1-on-1 supports are provided for all students.
A pathway development team composed of students, parents, industry partners, teachers, and administrators meets regularly to focus on further developing these elements and is open to interested stakeholders.
