Course Description:
Core Connections Algebra II is the third course in a sequence of rigorous college prep mathematics courses that starts with Algebra I. The students will extend what they have learned in previous mathematics courses by focusing on looking at multiple representations of functions, transformations of different function families, finding zeros of polynomials and connecting them to graphs and equations, modeling periodic phenomena with trigonometry and understanding the role of randomness in making statistical conclusions.
