Isaac abid

Isaac Abid is the founder and managing partner of Lakeside Group, an Oakland based real estate company focused on commercial investment opportunities across Northern California.
Prior to founding Lakeside Group, Isaac was a founding partner at HP Investors, where he helped acquire and manage investments in the Southern and Northern California markets. Isaac has developed and invested in over 50 commercial and mixed-use real estate projects valued at over $1B.
Isaac is actively involved in multiple industry and local organizations. He currently serves as the Chair of the Downtown Oakland Partnership and is the founder of the Northlake District in Downtown Oakland.
Isaac holds an MBA and MS in Urban Planning/Architecture from Columbia University, and received his undergraduate degree from UCLA.

Safia Fasah is a proud Oakland native and is honored to be the inaugural alumni board member on OSA's board. She currently sits on the Board of Directors at College Track and is a graduate of Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.
Prior to law school, she received a B.A. in Psychology from Columbia College of Columbia University in the City of New York. Safia thanks New York City for her keen ability to walk into and through any space with direct purpose and she credits Oakland for instilling in her the true power of diversity and stoking her revolutionary spirit.

Philip green

Phil is an OSA parent, artist manager and producer who has worked at the intersection of entertainment, sports and social impact for the last 20+ years. He is currently advising educational media company Roadtrip Nation on its launch in Oakland, and developing an emerging artist program with 49er legend Ronnie Lott and a team of industry professionals.
Phil also manages 23 yr. old Oakland artist and OSA alum Satya. Previous clients have included 3-time Grammy winner Fantastic Negrito, Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Gustavo Galindo, and Olympic Ceremonies producer Ric Birch. On the production side, Phil was co-founder and partner in Instantia Producciones, the company that produced Mexico's Bicentennial in 2010.

Aubra joined The Unity Council (TUC) in September 2018 after more than a decade working at two other regionally
focused Bay Area affordable housing developers. She is well versed in every stage of development including
developing and implementing acquisition and financing strategies, facilitating the work of a design and
construction team to identify appropriate design solutions for targeted populations, and overseeing project
manager staff to deliver high quality and impactful projects.

government, and taught affordable housing finance. Aubra holds a Masters of Regional Planning from the
University of North Carolina and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan. She currently serves on the
Boards of the East Bay Housing Organization (EBHO) and of Coolidge Court, one of the country’s first affordable
housing communities designed for young adults with psychiatric disabilities. She is also a LEED Accredited
Professional under the LEED for Homes program. Aubra lives in Oakland with her children and two black cats.

A practicing lawyer for the past 18 years, Mr. Milestone is general counsel for Valora, a web3 software developer focused on non-custodial solutions for crypto assets. Mr. Milestone also has a robust background as a volunteer and a non-profit leader, currently as a founding director of Alameda Aikikai, an educational institution devoted to Aikido, the Art of Peace. Mr. Milestone has also served 6 years on the board of CLCS Schools, Inc. the non-profit which runs two charter schools (NEA and ACLC) in Alameda.

Sorell Raino-Tsui is a lifelong Oakland and East Bay resident who found early success in finance, and at 19 became the youngest licensed floor trader on the Pacific Stock Exchange. After 5 years in corporate finance Sorell abruptly left a promising career at the Exchange with the ambitions to strike out on his own and find a path more fulfilling.
In 2005, Sorell co-founded Peoples Choice Printing, the first minority owned and operated Silk Screen print shop in Oakland. Sorell exploded on to the gallery scene with Athen B. Gallery, promoting a strong mix of contemporary art, urban and street art.
Athen B. Gallery has become the premier space for urban artists to showcase their work.

David simmons

David is a Senior HR Business Partner at a leading biotech organization here in the Bay Area. In addition to his professional background in human resources strategy, leadership development, and DEI initiatives, he has a lifelong passion for the arts and community engagement. Earlier in his journey, he studied theatre and dance, and the importance of creative expression, education, and empowerment has remained central to his values. David's passion for the arts began at a performing arts school in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and this passion has had a huge impact on who David is today.
