Chris Kerr was born in Vista, CA, his fiction debuted in The New Review of Literature, and his poetry first appeared in Eleven Eleven. He has organized events that bridge artistic disciplines at the Berkeley Art Museum, E.M. Wolfman Bookstore, Rock Paper Scissors Collective, and the Roxie Theater. His artwork can be viewed throughout Projector, the print and online journal of creative responses to film he founded and edited. Chris also edited In Process: Andrew Schoultz for the Monterey Museum of Art. He has written a chapbook of poetic dares with Colter Jacobsen titled Round Weather/O Ether as well as a novel seeking representation called The Sound of Her Voice. He holds a BA from Columbia University, a teaching credential from SFSU, and an MFA in Writing from Pacific University.
