OSA’s mission is to offer students, grades, 6-12, intensive pre-professional arts training within a rigorous college-prep curriculum. We are proud of the opportunities that we provide for our students who come to us from all over the East Bay. We are even more proud of the results that they consistently produce individually and collectively. Our admissions process, which is open to any California resident entering grades 6-11, allows us to assess applicants artistic talent and potential through audition interviews with our arts faculty. It is our hope that students with a passion for self-expression through the arts can find a home, and a community, here at OSA.

We conduct campus tours for prospective families. Middle School tours are every Wednesday at 11:15am.  High school tours are by appointment only.

You can can have your prospective student 'shadow' an OSA student in the desired emphasis so they may get a better sense of the OSA day.  Shadow opportunities will begin October 1 and you can email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
